Naama is honestly the most amazing realtor we have worked with. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, warm, patient, and REALLY listens to her clients wants. She will not steer you wrong. We were lucky enough to find Naama after we had parted with a previous realtor. We were searching from across the country and needed to feel that we could trust our realtor 100% during this process. The first time we spoke she took so much time to explain the school system to me and the home-buying process here. Both were very different from where we were moving. This was very helpful to us. Our family had made plans to visit the area unsure of the timeline for our move. She took time out of her busy schedule to take us to many different homes in some of the areas we thought we may want to live in. She has a great eye and would not let us settle for things she felt were unsafe or would become a burden. After seeing a few homes with her, she had a good idea of what we were looking for. She was amazing with our children as well. Once we had the green light for our move, we met via facetime as she held many showings with us. Again, she knew when to say no. If there were issues with a home she knew. She also had an incredible group of resources. She is easy to work with, punctual, and frankly, just an amazing person. I feel like I have made a friend after working with her. I cannot recommend her enough!
Naama is the consummate professional but yet she treats clients like family. She has worked diligently with us throughout the process, which was extended due to COVID. When we moved here she had worked hard to find us a rental while we were still in Tampa. We used FaceTime to see the rental options and she secured one for us in a timely manner. After several months of living in NC, we embarked on a search for a home and Naama worked hard to help us despite the pandemic issues. We finally decided on new construction and she worked through the entire process from lot selection and home elevation, design center, financing, any issues, through the closing process. She never faltered making sure we had the house we wanted and designed the way we wanted. We can’t imagine another realtor taking the time and having the patience Naama has had for us. Naama came to us by chance. We were going through a corporate relocation and were provided with an option of realty agencies. Her agency was one of our options. Naama was recommended based on our needs and we are so very glad she was. She became a trusted advisor, a mediator, a negotiator and a friend. She wrote an entire neighborhood on our behalf asking home owners if they were selling or intended to sell in the near future. She got us into the neighborhood we desired to be in. A year later and she was helping us sell (another relocation) but this time we chose her as our realtor based on all the help she had provided us over the year. Naama has done a terrific job helping us find our deram home remotely. It was a challenging task, but she made it so much easier for us showing us multiple houses remotely and digging out valuable information that we wouldn't have had otherwise.
