Patient, responsible, expert on the community and the market - Julie really knows her business.  But buying a home was more than a business to me.  Julie understood that, and treated my concerns as if they were her own.  I felt more  like a respected friend than just a prospective buyer.  Knowing Julie, I imagine all of her clients feel that way.

Julie exemplifies everything a realtor should be. When we needed to sell my father's house, Julie knew the neighborhood. She guided us in what needed to be done to make the house market ready. She made herself available when workers came to the house. Once the house was sold, she did everything she could to make the closing easy. I consider her a friend because she went above and beyond what any realtor we've worked with in the past.

Julie helped my husband and I as we moved to the Winston-Salem/Clemmons area after he took a promotion. Even through covid, she went above and beyond to make the process easy. I recommend Julie to anyone who wants a realtor that is friendly, knowledgable, and professional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Julie was a pleasure to work with! Very professional, knowledgeable, personable and easy to communicate with. Everything you would want in a Realtor! Would definitely work with her again!

Julie is an amazing realtor! She has sold many homes for my family and has become a great friend!

Julie facilitated the purchase of a new home for me and was a great help. Being new to the area she helped navigate the pro's and cons' of the region allowing us to focus on what we needed in a property. Always responsive and available with a great attitude. We would highly recommend her and will use her for our next transaction in this market.

Julie was a dream to work with! She was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and always punctual to all our appointments. She answered my questions my husband and I had in a very timely manner, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire home purchasing process. We will miss working with Julie, but will definitely work with her again in the future.
