I have experience in working with foreclosures and short sales, and have earned my SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) Certification. I hold two professional designations; they are: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designations. The CRS designation is held by approximately 4% of all licensed real estate professionals nationwide. I lived in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico for five years, and went to language school while living there. Therefore; I am able to assist customers who speak the spanish language.
