Cait is amazing. She's more than just a realtor to us, she has become a great friend to our family. We bought our first property with her help. We enjoyed her so much that we decided to use her services from then on out. Later she helped us buy our first lake place and she has also sold two other properties for us as well. She's very passionate and loves what she does and it showes ..Cait is very easy going , professional and is honest with you every step of the way. We highly recommend her ❤️

Caitlin is most excellent!!! She was very thoughtful, engaged, and persistent in finding us a wonderful home. Caitlin was extremely knowledgeable of the CLT market, always eager to learn more about our likes/dislikes, lighting-fast with responses to questions or concerns, and overall she is a very sweet person who we are so appreciative to have shared this experience with. We will be recommending her to family and friends!

I really enjoyed working with Caitlin. She stayed in contact with me every step of the way and explained anything I was unsure of. We had a couple of bumps as usual and she handled them quickly and professionally. I would absolutely use her again.

We were so lucky to find Caitlin! She listened to EVERYTHING we said and found the best possible houses in the best locations. We were moving from out-of-state and Caitlin helped us learn about Charlotte and made great suggestions for ALL THINGS Charlotte. Her attention to detail and her positive attitude kept us moving forward as we looked for our perfect home. Caitlin welcomed us to her city and helped us make it our own! Thank you Caitlin! You are the best!

By any measure, Caitlin is fabulous. Kind, caring, sincere, knowledgeable, hardworking, generous...and fun. She was with us every step of the way, sharing her considerable expertise while gracefully guiding us through the process. It's as challenging to buy a house now as it has ever been in our lifetime. You absolutely need a proven professional leading the charge if you're going to succeed. Here's the bottom line: Caitlin is a terrific realtor, top of the top of the game, and an even better person. Do yourself a big favor, stop looking around and sign on with her straight away.

Caitlyn is the definition of 5 stars. Her responsiveness is unmatched, she cares and that doesn't even explain a fraction of it. Caitlyn had gone above and beyond for me and made the entire process simple. I would recommend to any family or friend.

Caitlin did an excellent job for us. She helped arrange viewings that worked and flowed well and kept our time out house hunting to a minimal each time. She figured out what our likes were and dislikes were quickly and she knew we wanted to it to be walkable. She helped us keep our viewings to places that fit our criteria and in areas that reflected our desires. She made this process very efficient and fun. She was so good we didn't get to work with her very long because we found the perfect spot shortly after we started looking. She helped us navigate the loans, inspectors and appraiser. I was out of town quiet a bit and she helped by stepping in for me to get measurements and any last minute things that I needed.

Caitlin was fantastic to work with. She was very professional every step of the way, as well as resilient whenever challenges arose. Caitlin was very responsive and prompt with communication, something that is invaluable in a hot real estate market like Charlotte. She has a bright future ahead of her in real estate!
