"In November 2019 I listed my home in Forest Park, Illinois with a real estate company in preparation to relocate to another state. In February 2020 when I relocated, my home was not sold. About a month after I relocated, Joanne reached out to me and indicated that she would be able to help me sell my home. I informed her that the sale of my home was being handled by another real estate company. In April 2020, I took my home off the market due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Joanne kept in touch with me during the time my home was off the market and we discussed renting my home. Joanne was terrific! Our condo was listed and sold in less than three weeks...especially amazing, considering this was during lockdown. She helped us to make the place look great and had some great pics taken that no doubt, helped with the sale. Joanne's communication was great too. She addressed  all of our concerns promptly and consistently kept us in the loop with everything we needed to know. To say that Joanne is a miracle worker would be an understatement - the amount of grace and patience she displayed as I struggled to find the perfect apartment for myself over the course of 3 months was truly an amazing gift.
