Wilhelmina Johnson was our buyer’s agent for the home we purchased. We lived 2 ½ hours away and therefore did not have a flexible schedule. Wilhelmina responded to all of our questions quickly, accommodated our schedule for the many homes we saw, and watched out for our best interests when we were not able to attend inspections. One of the conditions of our home purchase was that small roof repairs were to be made. Wilhelmina attended the post inspection. When the inspector told Wilhelmina that the repairs had not been done, she acted quickly and aggressively to ensure that the repairs were completed and a second post inspection was done. Wilhelmina has an engaging personality and is understanding, patient, caring, and calm. My husband and I had not purchased a home in many years and we found the housing prices to be very expensive compared to what they were 32 years ago which was stressful for us. Wilhelmina has an easy presence about her and allowed us the time and support we needed to process the realities of today’s housing market and to select the home that was best for us.
