When we decided to sell our Nampa rental house we interviewed several Reality Agencies for the listing. We knew there were going to have to be extensive repairs to the house before we could put it on the market. Homes of Idaho and Kassy, our listing agent, had an extensive list of qualified contractors that could do the work in a professional and timely manor. When we were able to put the home on the market we had an offer within a couple of days. Ultimately that offer feel thru as we discovered we needed to perform some remediation that we were unaware was in the residence. Kassy had contacts with a licensed remediation firm and within 10 days the remediation work was completed and passed all governmental regulations. We were able to go back on the market within10 days and the very next day we had six offers, one of which we accepted. The sale closed 2 weeks later. Kassy and Homes of Idaho were with us every step of the way. Their professional staff and their extensive resources made a tough project and sale a lot easier.
