Mardi helped me decide for a different and better place without any more hassles! Additionally, she set up my condo for an open house with beautiful signs, balloons, decor, etc. She was so professional, and we had my condo sold after one open house and 3 days on the market! A very successful transaction!

I know Mardi personally so when came time to choose a realtor, I knew who to call. That said, I was unprepared for the level of commitment, communication and availability she provided. This was also a last minute decision on my part but once it was made, Mardi jumped in with both feet, running. Even though I was driving to California and there was almost no way to reach me while in Canada, Mardi had the connections set up so when I checked each night I could review and reply for the next days steps to be completed. Thank you Mardi.

Mardi was an outstanding agent to work with. We had a long lead time before we could list our house and she was always available to help with recommendations and advice to get ready to list.
