"Sue was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our coastal residence in Old Saybrook. She gave us excellent advice on pricing, the photography and description in the listing were perfect, and she set the stage for a very quick sale, with multiple bids, well over asking price. We could not be more satisfied with Sue’s services!" Amy Berger - 6 Point Road, Old Saybrook

"We recently sold a home along the Connecticut shoreline and had a wonderful experience with Sue Darmon as our realtor. Sue is very professional and is an expert in waterfront property. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent, whether buying or selling a home. Sue has first hand knowledge of the shoreline area and a strong sense of the housing market. Sue was very easy to work with and has a great eye for detail. She outlined what we could expect as we moved through the selling process, and her expectations and foresight were perfect. Her photos, staging and marketing were incredible, and our home sold in a weekend and closed in two weeks. Sue is very committed to her clients and went out of her way on several occasions to assist us in preparing for the sale. Sue met vendors when we could not do so ourselves and checked on the property throughout the process. Sue genuinely cares about her clients and is very passionate about her work. I have no doubt that future clients will have great success if they utilize Sue as their agent. She is a pleasure to work with and truly cares about her clients." Sue is phenomenal, had amazing patience. Thankyou.

Sue Darmon did an outstanding job representing us in the recent sale of our beach house. She gave us good advice regarding an attractive and realistic price, staged the house well and advised us concerning the offers that were made. We would recommend her to anyone contemplating a sale of their property. Sara Bernstein and Joe Shortall

Sue has surpassed our expectations in every way. She helped us buy a home; then since we were so very impressed with her knowledge, skills, advice and professionalism, we asked her to help us sell a home. Sue is an absolute expert in high end waterfront property. She knows all of the market factors and provides terrific guidance based on her extensive successful experience. And she is tremendously well versed in the nuances of marketing. You can take what she says at face value - there are no agendas other than your best interest. She’ll show you what you tell her you’re interested in seeing, whether she’s listed the property or not. You are without a doubt her first priority. Even with the depth of her experience, she’s still willing to listen. You won’t find a harder worker or a more proactive communicator. Sue’s the consummate professional. You will not regret reaching out to her to be your agent. You’ll appreciate her and be grateful she is by your side!

Sue was exceptionally helpful. Her extensive experience and knowledge of ocean front and shoreline properties were instrumental in us being able to acquire a dream home. Additionally, she finds the right balance between guiding the process and staying open to input from us as her clients. Finally, she seems always to be looking to increase her already impressive knowledge with continually emerging information on market trends. Thanks so much, Sue.

Sue is a consummate real estate professional! Knowledgeable, patient, master negotiator are just a few of the words that come to mind. We have worked with Sue for over 2 years. She was always very responsive to our requests for home information and scheduling showings. Sue is a wonderful person. You won't be disappointed.

It was a pleasure to work with Sue Darmon. She was very professional but also warm and caring. She was very detail-oriented, creative and never overlooking a thing. I thoroughly respected her opinion about everything related to pricing, staging and showing my home. In sum, I was extremely pleased to work with such a lovely person who put her expertise to work for my benefit. I will always be grateful to Sue.

We are so grateful to have randomly met Sue during an open house in May. It was quickly apparent how knowledgeable she was about the shoreline area and the buying process. What was as important to us, was the fact that she is a wonderful person who truly cares about her clients and needs. Sue took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped guide us every step of they way. Her expertise and relationship building are what lead to us to purchasing the perfect house in a very competitive market. Sue kept us informed, provided invaluable advice and made the entire process an enjoyable one. Sue is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!
