Navigating a cross-country move is never easy, but working with a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest real estate agent makes all the difference. This was precisely the experience my husband and I had with Laurie Levitt, who helped us secure a rental initially and find our forever home about a year later.
Laurie has deep knowledge of the local market, which was incredibly helpful as we moved to Connecticut from Wisconsin. She's a great listener and took the time to understand our preferences, budget, and concerns. She made us feel like a priority, even though we knew she had many clients. Her communication was prompt and clear, and she was always ready to answer our questions, no matter how small. Her willingness to provide honest assessments was much appreciated, and she took the time to track down answers to specific questions we had on a few of the properties we were interested in. We never felt rushed or pressured. She also gave us great recommendations for contractors and handymen in the area. Not to mention, we genuinely enjoyed getting to know her. Laurie is a true professional; I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
Laurie Levitt demonstrates excellent attention to detail, both as a seller and a buyer.
Laurie far exceeded all of my expectations and was by far the best Realtor® I have ever worked with. I needed to move before selling my home, so I was out of state for much of the process, but Laurie still made everything go very smoothly. In addition to providing great guidance, she helped arrange and coordinate the work that needed to be done on the house prior to listing and closing. She then managed the listing, showings, and closings with me on the other side of the country. I'm very appreciative of the extra work she did to make everything come together while I was away; I could never have imagined things going so well. Moreover, I'm very pleased with the sale price of my home. If anyone I know needs a Realtor® in the area, I would insist that they use Laurie.
