Ron and Kim are fabulous! I've been involved in a large number of real estate transactions over the years...and none have come close to the level of outstanding care, concern and personal commitment shown by the two of them!

Kim and Ron are absolute professionals!! This was the first time I sold a house using a real estate agent, and I am so glad I decided to work with Kim at Sotheby's. She answered all my questions took on all the responsibilites of coordinating the various paties involved. All I needed to do was sign a few papers, and Kim took care of the rest. I have already been recommending her and the Sotheby's team to others!

Kim and Ron are the best! Very personable, professional and go getters. Highly recommend their service.

Working with the team at William Pitt was seamless and made the process of purchasing a home hassle free . My questions were promptly addressed and resolved. They did not waste my time just to show me properties but took the time to know what my needs were so they could work within my parameters. I would highly recommend Roland Leal and Kim D'Andrea for a thoughtful approach to purchasing or selling a home. My experience ended very successfully!
