Kate Mercado helped us find our dream home within our budget. She was very kind, caring, and communicative throughout the process. I have and will continue to recommend Kate to family and friends!
During my initial meeting with Kate, I realized why she was highly recommended to me. She is knowledgeable, detail oriented, a great listener and patient. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for their new home. I am thrilled to be in mine ! Thank you, Kate!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with your company. Kate Mercado is a great realtor very professional and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
Kate was fantastic. She was so helpful in directing me how to get my house ready for the showing and Kate was always available to answer my calls with the many questions that I had.
I lived in my house for almost 46 years and it was sold in 2 days.
Kate also found me the perfect apartment. It was a pleasure to work with her.
