Julia B Fee has sold and rented my various properties since 2004. Carola Schonander is a friendly, trusted professional with an in-depth knowledge of the market and community. She takes the stress out of each transaction and treats you not as a client but as family. I highly recommend Julia B Fee and Carola Schonander for your real estate needs.

Carola was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. She was very kind, patient and communicative. 100% recommend.

Carola’ shines with strategic insight and market knowledge. She is a valuable partner!

Ms Carola Schonander was truly exceptional in her dedication and unwavering commitment to ensure that I find the right tenant. She consistently demonstrated that she was thriving to get the best outcome in a manner that is thoughtful. She is unique in the way she does business in this age of extreme competition and focus on closing a deal. Carola is testimony to someone who naturally gives reputation its rightful place in business. Thank you Carola and the very best wishes in whatever you do. Josephine

I have known Carola for close to five-and-a-half years and cannot think of a better person to help me not only buy a home but also to sell a home as seamlessly as possible. She is very savvy, classy, and graceful on how to deal with different situations and scenarios. There are too many positive examples to list here. Please tell her not to go far as I hope to work with her a third time!

Carola is exceptional. She understood what I was looking for. She was professional without imposing any undue pressure, she responded to all my questions and queries in a timely manner and walked through the whole process with me. Purchasing a property is a daunting task, I was glad to have Carola helping me navigate this terrain. I had been searching for at least two years. Carola kept the faith that I would find something that was right for me and I did!. Thank you Carola!

Working with Carola was an absolute delight. We were uncertain about with our next home destination, and in consultation with Carola and her wonderful team (including Jane), we were able to narrow down our focus, look for opportunities we didn't think we had, and be guided to the right purchase at the right time. Carola could not have been more patient, more understanding, or more involved, because she was there with us the whole time, from the uncertain start to the wonderful finish. She is skilled, knowledgeable, easy to talk with and down to earth; we recommend her highly. As well, it was always clear that she had the superb support of her team at Julia B. Fee/Sotheby's in Larchmont, notably from Jane Murray. Bravo to Carola. If this allowed for more than five stars, she would get them easily.

Thanks so much for all your help! I finally have the place of my dreams after looking for what felt like forever. Carola is amazing! I am grateful to her for everything she’s done for me and my family. Thank you all for your help.

Carola is a dedicated professional in this field. She understands the technical aspects of the business and pays great attention to customers' needs. She found the perfect apartment I needed for my mother 13 years ago, and she now found exactly the tenants I was expecting. Most importantly, Carola is warm and compassionate, ready to serve her clients. I hope she will be present at my future closings.

It is hard to believe I closed on a house on 3/18/22, just over two years after I first met Carola to check out what be the first of many, many, many homes in Westchester County. What works well about Carola is her indisputable devotion to clients, and helping them get what they want from their home. She is focused, determined, and fast. I never felt that Carola was just trying to sell me property as quickly as possible; she always had a balanced and thoughtful perspective about the different offers I extended. I highly recommend Carola to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!
