We recently worked with Aida and could not have had a better experience. She was extremely helpful in our search and took us to see many different properties, before we found the one. Not only did she take us to the ones we asked for, she would also recommend some that she thought we might like. In this market, properties are moving quickly, so it was important to see them as soon as they came on. That is exactly what Aida did for us. She arranged showings as soon as possible, so we could have the best chance at putting in an offer. With each offer we put in, she was very helpful with how we should move forward. She coached us on things we should and shouldn’t do and gave her honest opinions on the amount we needed to move forward with. We can’t say enough great things about her and we highly recommend working with her if you are in the market for a new home!
