Brian has helped me sell two houses now and is a great advisor and confidant! In both cases, I became the POA (Power of Attorney) for both my parents and my Aunt. In both cases, they moved out of their houses they lived in for a very long time and into an independent/assisted living facility. They trusted me to sell their houses for them to get them the best financial settlement possible. They trusted me and I trusted Brian as a trusted advisor. He was a great assistance to guide me on what probably made the most sense to fix up and what made the most sense to disclose and make part of the negotiations. I knew Brian always had my, my parents, and my aunt's best interest at heart while advising me on the options as we moved forward. I appreciated both Brian's honesty and caring attitude. I would be more than happy to use him again next time I sell a house, although I hope to not have to do that again anytime soon!

Brian was very helpful and patient throughout the process. However, his knowledge of the market proved invaluable. Using comps, we agreed upon what we thought the market value of the house was. However, he suggested we list slightly below that so that we could get multiple offers. As soon as we got an offer above asking, he was able to tell agents we had multiple offers & at least one above asking. As soon as we had a 2nd one above asking, he was able to say we had multiple offers above asking. This all happened the morning of the first day on the market. This lead to receiving many offers above asking within the first few days which lead to me getting an offer that was well above what similar houses are going for in the area. I believe the way we went about our pricing strategy both let us get a maximum amount for the house and facilitated a fast sale on top of that. I appreciated Brian's strategy as it worked perfect. However, I still appreciate Brian for being so patient and explaining things to me throughout the process. He also provided advice for how to help handle things since I was selling my parents house and had multiple siblings with thoughts around it. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to sell a house as he is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very helpful.
