My realtor Kal Patel has excellent understanding of market and how to position the property to be marketed. He was always available and happy to answer all questions I had during the process. He also followed up and helped in transferring the solar lease. He is a great negotiator. In spite of tough market he manage to get the expected price of my house. Thanks Kal
