Gina started her career in real estate working in the lending departments of various banks in the Milwaukee area. In 1997, she moved to Stoughton, Wisconsin, and decided to make the switch from lending to the buying and selling side of residential properties. She earned her real estate licensee designation from the State in 1999. What started back then, and continues to this day, is her desire to help people attain the American Dream of home ownership. In pursuing this, she educates her clients about current market conditions, the complex ins-and-outs of real estate, and the tools that will help them make sensible, informed decisions. She enjoys working on both sides of the fence; participating fully in the exhilaration of helping people find that property to purchase, especially the first-time buyers, and also the high sense of accomplishment and satisfaction of selling a client’s home. She prides herself on her seasoned abilities to sell houses for the highest possible dollar amount in the least possible time. She uses a combination of specialized marketing practices, exceptional personal knowledge of the neighborhoods that she serves, and her very extensive network of agents and other contacts that all come together to make the selling process work. She has built life-long relationships with many of the 150+ customers that she has assisted with the purchase and sale of many properties over the years.
