He also provided very helpful advice and information regarding the homes we viewed. He was open and honest about his availability and provided and name and contact number for his fill in while he was unavailable.

He pointed out what room we were in and what was good and what may need attention. That was very helpful. I asked him to get some answers from the owners that I had questions.
