Once again, Craig has gone above and beyond working on my behalf during the buying process. His attention to detail and communication is superior. Craig made sure that I understood everything along the way. I felt like he was truly representing me as a buyer, never pressuring me to make a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. I will continue to use Craig for all of my real estate needs.
We used Craig to purchase our home. We moved from out of state and the whole process of moving into the house before we closed was so smooth. We had some issues with the house while living in it before the closing and Craig helped us every step of the way and even answered my texts any time day or night. We liked him so much that my mother in Law is currently working with him to purchase her home. Highly recommend Craig and couldn’t be happier. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Craig!!
We appreciated Craig's passion for his clients, it showed up in every phase of the process from listing, to selling, to finding the right home for our family for years to come. Craig provided honest, direct feedback throughout the process which enabled us to make more confident/informed decisions without feeling pressured. Would recommend Craig to others!
Craig and Ruhl and Ruhl were phenomenal to work with. Made the purchasing and selling process very painless! I highly recommend Craig and Ruhl and Ruhl.
Craig was kind, friendly, and patient. He sent us properties to view and video called us and did a walk-through so we could better view the house we liked. He explained why we should have certain inspections and gave us referrals. He was communicative and never left us wondering about the sale or anything else. Last, but certainly not least, when we had questions or concerns he was there with answers. We are so thankful for him and his insights!
Craig was extremely helpful and attentive. He understood what we were after and was encouraging when it was difficult to find what we were after. He was very patient and it paid off as we found an amazing home! When we sold our home with Craig, he was an excellent communicator and very helpful in explaining the process. It sold in two days!
