This was a seamless and wonderful experience. I had contracted Vivienne Bathie to help me find a house in Terrell Hills. Within a few days she found several houses that I liked. Within a week she found a house that was perfect and the contract was signed and inspection made very quickly. Vivienne is cheerful, intelligent, enthusiastic, gracious, and creative. She supported me through the option period and helped me during the closing. I also enjoyed working with the selling agent, Allegra Hawkins, who was clear and enthusiastic. Both agents explained everything to me and helped me with the inspection report and closing contracts. Thank you.

I have been through six corporate relocations and my experience purchasing with Carolyn Thornton with Phyllis Browning Company was the best, by far. I am new to the area and the PB Team took great care to help me navigate the area and find the best home for me. The team also helped me navigate a complicated set of circumstances with my relocation which relieved a lot of stress during this time of transition.

Carolyn Thornton was a great partner and advocate throughout the entire process. She went to great lengths to ensure consistent communication. A great strategist, she was open to adapting her approach to sell our home. Highly recommend her services!

Vivienne was great. We worked with her for over two years until she found exactly what we were looking for. Her understanding of the market and her clients was second to none.

Vivienne is exceptional. She listened to what we wanted, showed us great options, and made the first time home-buying process so fun. She was responsive and always had our best interests in mind. Thanks to her, we found the perfect home and are grateful for the relationship we now have.

Vivienne was the best! She was so helpful and informative every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions but Vivienne was always there for help and support. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with such a big life decision! I inherently stress about everything and Vivienne made this process so much less stressful. We cannot wait to enjoy our first home and we couldn’t have done it without Vivienne!

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Vivienne Bathie as our realtor. She exceeded our expectations, made our home search a priority, and delivered on finding the perfect house in Alamo Heights. Vivienne navigated negotiations like a pro and demonstrated expert knowledge and experience, giving us confidence that we were getting a fair deal. We never felt pressure and Vivienne intentionally communicated all options, allowing us to make informed decisions. We highly recommend Phyllis Browning and will be trusting Vivienne for any future residential real estate needs.

I loved how great and effective Vivienne was. She was very attentive and determined to give me the best experience. She fought hard for what was right for me and my family. I truly appreciate her honesty. She was the best!!!

We moved to San Antonio from East Texas and stayed with my son and daughter-in-law for a while as we determined what part of the lovely city of San Antonio we wanted to relocate to. We were beginning to focus on Alamo Heights and one day we went to visit an attractive home and Vivienne was filling in for a friend and showed us the home. Boy were we lucky! We didn't buy that house but we liked Vivienne's style and we began a realtor client relationship because we were beginning to be overwhelmed by the process without some guidance. Vivienne provided that guidance by sending us lots of prospects that were close to what we wanted but there was never any high-pressure sales tactic to induce us to move toward any particular home. In other words, we had a lot of choices but it was truly up to us what we were going to decide we wanted to do. Vivienne was always calm and patient which stood us in particularly good stead when we found a house we liked a lot and started getting very interested but then some problems developed with the house . She helped us get out of a situation that wasn't going to be good for us all the while reassuring us that eventually we would find just the house we wanted-that's exactly what happened. Throughout the process calls and texts were answered immediately and we always felt fully informed. We looked at a LOT of houses and Vivienne always made us feel like we weren't imposing upon her as we looked for the perfect place. We have now closed on the place of our dreams and being somewhat new to San Antonio we have lots of questions. Vivienne is still there with answers and names and referrals. We feel as though we didn’t just find a realtor and a home-we found a friend. We would highly recommend Vivienne to anyone who's looking for a home.
