One of the very few best things in 2020 is working with Deepti and found our dream home finally! I must say we are so lucky to have Deepti as our buyer agent. To be honest, we are super picky buyers, who filtered out 99% of homes that are within our budget. Deepti is extremely kind and patient. We have been working together since Fall, 2019 and when we were first met, she did not behave like most of the other agents (who can speak our native language, which is a huge advantage compared to Deepti), who demonstrated little interest to us when we said we are planning to make a purchase in about 6 to 12 months. She took down our preferences one by one, filtered the home sources, and sent them to us according to her notes even before we signed the contract with her. She always stood on our side and never pushed us to buy a home that was just not meeting even the least important requirements (such as extra steps, room orientations, or laundry sink that we don't like). Deepti is very professional. She explained the buying process in detail and was always ready for our questions anytime. Since we are foreign buyers and was holding unstable immigration status, Deepti also helped us go through the much more complicated loan application process than usual and was always willing to find us a better deal on the rate. We have visited homes before they were formally released for open houses, which gave us more time to think about them and fewer competitors. Our final decision is one of these pre-listed homes.
