Theresa was phenomenal to work with on my real estate transaction. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the Tucson area and the purchase process, but she was very kind and went out of her way to make things as easy as possible for me, including while I was out of the country and out of state during the purchase process. I highly recommend Theresa!

I have worked with Theresa Simmons Brown for over a year and a half. I live out of state and wanted to move to Tucson after having made several trips there. Moving from out of state can be an exceedingly difficult process, especially when you don’t know many of the specifics as a long-time resident would. Theresa worked tirelessly for me and provided me with resources along the way. She showed me a myriad of houses over zoom, and in-person. She quickly learned what I was looking for in a home and translated that into homes that would work for me. When I visited Tucson on house-hunting trips, she showed me the different areas of town so I could decide where I wanted to live. She made it fun and wasn’t pushy about making a sale. She used every opportunity for a home showing to learn more about what I wanted. When the time came to buy a home ((which I finally did)), represented my interests as an out-of-state buyer. She freely shared her advice and knowledge, for which I am appreciative. I highly recommend Theresa Simmons Brown for your next real estate agent. Don’t sell yourself short by choosing anyone else.

I met Mrs. Simmons Brown by chance after finding a listing I wasn't even sure I would want to pursue. I'm also a first time home buyer, so this process isn't familiar to me. She was patient, empathetic and took time to address all my questions and concerns. She was readily available and I never felt rushed or blown off. At no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision or into a direction I was uncomfortable going. This was a fantastic experience and I look forward to the next chapter in my life with my daughter in our new home.

Theresa was wonderful. We have used her twice. We highly recommend her: prompt, professional, a tireless advocate for her clients!

Theresa’s expertise in the Tucson market was evident from the moment we met her. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for Theresa’s knowledge throughout the home-buying process as first-time home buyers. She educated us through each step of the process from pre-approvals to closing and reminded us of the steps as we went through the home buying process. Theresa is a phenomenal communicator, she answered every call, text and pro-actively communicated information we did not know to ask. Her negotiation skills were crucial to us and helped expedite the closing on our home (< 31 days!) I cannot stress how much support and guidance Theresa provided us. She made the overwhelming process feel easy and I am forever grateful she was a part of this big moment.

Theresa is a fantastic real estate agent. She helped us when we purchased our home in Tucson in 2021 and when we sold that home in 2025. She was a tireless advocate for our interests and went the extra mile in marketing our home. We went through a couple of iterations to get the listing and photos just as we wanted them and she was supportive along the way, sending the photographer back for some additional shots. She is responsive and communicative. Five out of five stars! Ron and Keri

The transaction went very smoothly and couldn't have been any better.

Amazing experience and excellent service are the two first things that come to mind if someone was to ask me about my house sale. Theresa is truly an amazing person to work with and she makes you feel like family. I will definitely be calling her for all of my future real estate needs. I highly recommend her for anyone who is new to buying or selling a home.

If I can give Theresa 100 stars I would!! She is the most sweetest person I have ever met. She explains everything thoroughly and keeps you up to date weekly. She always got back to me the same day by email, text and phone, even when she is was on vacation! She also has all the hook ups for contractors, termite inspectors and flooring. She really took care of everything to make sure the sell of my house was smooth as possible. Thank you Theresa for everything and will recommend you to my friends and family!!
