Joey Kate is excellent. She arranged the sale of my house even though I had moved out of state. Always available to answer my questions and concerns, she kept in contact by phone and text. At the end she arranged the closing documents to be signed online. I can highly recommend Joey Kate Laurie.

Joey has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was always on the hunt for houses that were perfect for us and her time management skills were top notch. She worked so hard to get us our dream house and she made the entire process stress-free. I love working with Joey for a few reasons. She was very honest about every house we saw. If she noticed something about a house that wasn’t great she would point it out to us. She does not have a “sales person” trait of trying to get us into a home that we didn’t want. She listens to all of our concerns and she would have shown us thousands of houses in order to find us “the one.” She is incredibly kind and has a fun personality and is someone that I trust wholeheartedly. My whole family has worked with her to buy homes in Kansas and we are so thankful to her!

I am happy to provide an over-the-top report of our interaction with Joey! She was so patient and diligent with the special circumstances of our house-buying adventure. When she gave us a video tour via our phones, she was very thorough pointing out the positives and the possible negatives. Once we made an offer on a home she stayed right alongside us keeping track of the details and making sure the process kept moving forward for all parties. Through it all she kept a "can do" attitude combined with much kindness! I highly recommend her!

Thank you Joey for an incredible experience buying our next home! From setting up a website for looking to the nitty-gritty details of the closing, you have walked this journey with us! We are thankful and grateful for your wisdom! This has been such a great experience!

Beautiful experience! No hassle and Joey Kate made our selling easy & painless. She is able to foresee issues and is knowledgeable about how to handle & fix problems. Delightful personality, she kept the stress to a minimum. Thoroughly enjoyed time spent with her. Will recommend her to everyone!

Joey Kate Laurie was the perfect mix of professionalism and warmth. She began representing us as we were out of state and went the extra mile providing electronic showings, meeting contractors, inspectors and really fighting for us to be in the best home for our family. She was always quick to respond, had great insight to the areas we were looking and pointed out countless things on homes I never would have even known to look for. If you need a realtor in the Wichita area, Joey is your gal! From our first phone to closing, I felt like our interests were well protected and represented.

Joey is great! She helped me and my wife navigate the process of buying our first home. It was a very intimidating process but whenever we had questions Joey was quick to answer them. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their next home.

Joey Kate is an excelent agent and person. She is organized, very responsive, patient and extremely willing to help and to solve any concerns/questions. We were first-time homebuyers with lots of questions and concerns. Joey worked with us to adress them all. She showed us several houses, and was very flexible to schedule the viewings, so they would aligned with our schedules. I would definitely recommend Joey to my friends and acquaintances. She is awesome.

We've enjoyed the privilege of having Joey Kate Laurie as our agent on both a home sale and a purchase - on either side of the transaction, she has proven to be absolutely invaluable. There are so many ways her approach and expertise made our experiences so positive - I'll list just a few as examples. Her awareness of the market is tremendous - she seems personally very in tune with the community and individual trends within neighborhoods - so it goes beyond the data-driven analytics (which she also uses at length.) She strikes us as quite intuitive when it comes to understanding her client's needs and tailoring the process with the those tangibles and intangibles in mind. In negotiations and during the deeper stages of the process, she provides excellent counsel and works diligently to gain the best outcome. Along the way she's so responsive - we felt like even our most urgent needs or sometimes trivial questions were all promptly well managed. Perhaps most importantly, Joey's just a really warm and sincere person and actually quite a lot of fun to work with - which is so important during such a life-shaping thing such as buying or selling a home. For us, she's the only agent in town, and we continuously recommend her to others - which I suppose is the best indicator possible when it comes to believing in someone's capabilities. Joey's an absolute pro who has made our real estate experiences positive ones. 100% recommend.
