Brandon was absolutely remarkable! We owned a home in Wichita but relocated to Michigan. Brandon handled EVERYTHING, from coordinating the maintenance that was needed, helping us understand the terms and conditions of the relocation company, adeptly adjusting to all of the unexpected time demands, in addition to managing all of the marketing and closing details. This was an incredibly stressful time for me and my family and Brandon was the calm in the midst of our chaos! His professionalism is unmatched and his care and concern for his clients are apparent and genuine. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I highly and unreservedly recommend Brandon Baker - your expectations will be surpassed.

We were very happy with the entire process of selling our home with Brandon Baker and the Carnahan group. I can safely say this was the best home-selling experience we have had. I would recommend them highly.

We could not have asked for a better realtor than Brandon--he was so knowledgeable and helpful through every step of the process, made great recommendations, and was always quickly responsive to any questions or schedule changes. I absolutely recommend him and the Carnahan Group.
