We had a fantastic experience working with Jan as our real estate agent. She was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, helping us weigh the decision between buying an existing home or building a custom one. Jan took the time to understand our needs and style, showing us a range of homes that fit perfectly. Her communication was always clear and timely, and her advice was thoughtful and informed. She even joined us for meetings with potential builders, which made a big difference. We’re extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Jan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated agent.

This was the 2nd time Jan helped us through the selling and buying process. We love her, and our new home. I see no reason to ever use anyone else. Thanks a million Jan.

Jan Madsen was absolutely wonderful to work with in selling our home. She is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. She kept us updated on all matters, especially during the glitches. We got through them, thanks to Jan. I highly recommend her for anyone who is selling or buying a home. She won’t let you down! She is top notch!
