My experience working with Jeff Jensen was excellent. Being a first time home buyer and not knowing how the process would go, it was seamless from start to finish. I felt like he made my search a priority and he blocked out ample time on several weekends for tours. I would rate his communication a 10 out 10. He was quick to respond to any questions or thoughts I had throughout (via text, email, phone calls) and set-up the tours I wanted in a timely manner. Given his background in remodeling and experience in the industry, he was able to point out positives and negatives in each of the houses we toured that I would've overlooked. It's great to feel like you have an advocate on your side that has your best interest in mind and that was the client experience Jeff provided. He had a definitive pulse on the area of town I was searching in- Prairie Village and Overland Park- and knew exactly how to make my offer standout/be competitive while also not overpaying. We found ourselves in a bidding war and his expertise showed as I got the winning bid on the house that was at the top of my list. The mortgage lender he connected me with was fantastic as well which made the experience that much better. Jeff was a fantastic guide for my wife and I’s first home buying experience. Jeff had a good eye for details that we would have missed and was great about helping us measure a house’s positives against its flaws. He was also very knowledgeable about the different areas of the Kansas City metro. He was fine with working short-notice showings into his schedule and was incredibly responsive to any of our questions or requests.
