Yes I would definitely recommend Donna Caldwell . She worked beyond what I would expect

Donna was a wonderful help to finding our home!

In all stages of the buying process, Donna was incredibly diligent in preparing for the next step. She was always ready to go, allowing us to move at whatever pace we wanted. Thanks to her, we are in our first home and couldn’t be more happy!

We feel so fortunate to have worked with Donna as our agent for our home purchase as we lived outside of the area prior to our move. Donna kept us apprised of homes as they were coming onto the market and then provided expert guidance throughout the negotiations process. Any questions we had were answered accurately and in a very timely fashion. We look forward to sharing Donna Caldwell’s name with anyone who may be in need of a friendly, hard working, and professional real estate agent.

Donna was very helpful with the sale of my parents house. Donna worked hard to get us the best price for the house and made the closing process very smooth.

I would highly recommend Donna Caldwell to anyone needing to buy or sell a house. Donna did both for us and we just loved her. That is why we hired her TWICE. On both sides of the Real Estate transaction Donna exceeded our expectations! When we bought our house, Donna was very prepared with information on the houses we were going to look at and the comparable listings in the area. She was so willing to show us any house that we found on our own. In the end, a last minute listing popped up when she was getting ready to take us to look at a few houses. She showed us the listing and told us she thought it sounded perfect for us. We decided to go see it. It was the perfect house for us and Donna knew! It checked all of our boxes and even included a few surprises. Then Donna helped us prepare the winning bid. When she sold our house, Donna knew exactly how to coach us to prepare for the sale. She had helpful resource information for us whenever we needed, including information on who could help us do minor touch-up work. She priced the house just right. She presented us with all of the offers and helped us talk through the pros and cons of each and let us decide. She was not pushy and got us more than our asking price and within just a few days of our listing. The closing was a breeze. I would highly recommend Donna Caldwell!! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

As a first time home buyer, I prepared myself for a stressful experience in this crazy market. But after working with Donna, my experience was nothing but stress-free and simple. I was able to buy my first home just weeks after I began my search. Thanks to Donna for making the process straightforward and enjoyable!
