Marsha Monica did a wonderful job providing affordable options, listening, and weighing in when appropriate. She is knowledgeable, caring, and relational. We would recommend her highly. She has sold two houses for us and located two homes for us. She has our unqualified recommendation!
Our family worked with Marsha Dixon Monica in the sale of our mother Shirley Grangers home in Independence MO.
My mother is 86 and Marsha was wonderful with my mother. Marsha made it clear that she was representing my mother not her daughters. The home was listed in MLS on a Thursday and SOLD on Sunday. All inspections were cleared with property "as is" and closing went smoothly.
I would highly recommend Marsha Dixon Monica with ReeceNichols to anyone. ReeceNichols has been a long standing respectable ethical real estate company for many many years.
Marsha was phenomenal. She was very responsive to questions and available at all hours when we needed to touch base. I would highly recommend her to others looking to buy and/or sell.
Thanks Marsha!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! What a great experience we had with Reece Nichols. Marsha Monica was exceptional! We appreciated the way she guided us through the process. This was our first experience selling and she made it pain-free! Good communicator. We had no surprises! We knew exactly what to do and what was coming next. I feel she had our best interests at heart.
Marsha was amazing! We were so happy with how helpful and knowledgable Marsha was. She got to work quickly on selling our home and was always available when we had questions or concerns. As new sellers she guided us through the process and was sure we knew exactly what was going on.
Like I previously stated-we loved her!
Marsha was always available to take my calls or answer my emails. She knew exactly what my preferences were after just a short time visiting with her the first time. She only recommended houses that she knew I would like and would be good for future resell value. She handled all the negotiations with the sellers agent and got everything moving at a fast pace.
