Dana and Caitlin knew the market very well, especially acreages. They were very observant and brought to our attention things that we needed to do to prepare the house for sale so that it showed well. Our house was on the market for 1 day and by day 3 we had a back up offer as well. The marketing was very good and professional. The house was priced correctly, not over and not under the market. Our house closed in 4 weeks, so we were very pleased with Dana and Caitlin. They were a good mother/daughter team that bounced ideas off of each other.

Dana has done a great job selling our property. We look forward to continuing with her on our other property.

Dana was amazing to work with! We did not make her job easy, but she stuck it out with us until the end! She worked hard at getting our house sold, as well as showing us multiple homes. She never complained when we walked away from a home and said "not for us"! We absolutely loved working with her, would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Dana Benjamin is, IMHO, the best of the best! The best of the best to work with, the best of the best with communication, advice and just a ding dang darn GREAT Realtor!! -Vicki Blake Stuessi

Dana Benjamin has been my agent for about 10 years. The best of the best in my honest opinion. She sold my property in Shawnee, she sold me the house I currently live in, she sold my friends a horse property, and then also sold the house they'd been living in. THEN she sold a rental house I'd owned for 32 years! She is, as I said, the best of the best, and by association, so is ReeceNichols!!

Dana was excellent to work with. She had great communication and made sure everything was in line for a smooth closing!

Extremely knowledgeable about the industry! Quick and professional in her responses, openly communicating without ambiguity. At times as sellers we felt she advocated aggressively ‘for the buyers’, but perhaps that is what works for your agents.

Caitlin Benjamin and her team provided an outstanding experience for my wife and I throughout the entire home buying experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, fun, and most importantly honest from the first time we sat down with her. She stayed in constant communication and we felt confident she had our best interests in mind at every step. We would recommend the Benjamin team and ReeceNichols to anyone in the market for a home.

Dana, Caitlin and their team bring such incredible experiences to the table when selling a property. We were nothing short from being impressed with their knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and how they approached handling the sale of our home with property. Our property was not an easy one to sell because it required a certain type of client, but with Dana’s vast experience and how she is able to draw in numerous types of clients, we were able to get someone who could appreciate the value of both the home and property. Dana and her team have good values, common sense and are very easy to work with! We absolutely loved working with Dana and Caitlin! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
