Chuck's industry knowledge helped navigate me towards a high value home within in budget, and his enthusiasm made the process fun!

Chuck and the Reece Nichols crew did a great job for us. The photographer did a great job and the listing looked really good. The agent gave us good feedback on setting up the house. The agents at the open house were very personable to the potential home buyers, made them feel comfortable, and did a great job fielding home buyer questions. Overall the crew did a great job for both buyer and seller. Thank you!

When selling our house, Chuck Levey was a true lifesaver! His expertise in the local market helped us price our home perfectly, along his marketing strategy brought in a steady stream of qualified buyers, resulting in a quick sale at top dollar. We were incredibly impressed with his genuine warmth, along with his professionalism, communication, and ability to navigate any challenges that arose. We highly recommend Chuck to anyone looking to sell their home.

I cannot recommend Chuck Levey highly enough! From our very first meeting, it was clear that he was dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. Chuck took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process. His friendly demeanor and honest approach made us feel comfortable and confident that we could count on him throughout the journey. Not only did Chuck help us find our new home, but he also assisted us in selling our previous house. His approach made the entire process relatively stress-free. Chuck's in-depth knowledge of the market and keen negotiation skills resulted in a successful sale that exceeded our expectations! He was always available to answer our questions and provided valuable insights that made a significant difference. Thanks to Chuck, we found our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier!

Thanks, Chuck was great and we will recommend him to others

My husband and I relocated to the Kansas City area and are not familiar with the area at all. Our initial thought was to build and Chuck assisted us with looking at all the different builders in the area to determine who might be the best fit for us. He is very knowledgeable of the builders in the area. We did end up deciding not to build and Chuck jumped right in and assisted us with finding an existing home on the market. He really took the time to understand what we are looking for in a home and when we came to visit to look at homes, he dedicated a lot of time with us to ensure we made the most of our time while we were there. We just closed on our home and we hope that we have made a long term friend with Chuck!

Chuck was great about communicating and made himself accessible to visit both previously owned and new homes while being patient with us during the search. He prepared marketing material for the sale of our home, held open houses and the home sold the first weekend the one was on the market. The closing paperwork was well done and we closed with no bumps. Thanks Chuck!

Working with Chuck Levey was a breeze. He made everything so easy and communicated so well! I’d definitely use Chuck again to buy or sell a house!
