Over the years, our entire family has had several occasions in which we needed to sell and buy real estate. Mary Lynn Clark has been our agent in all of these transactions. We wouldn't use anyone else, ever! In our most recent move, she was helpful in every phase, from preparing our house to sell by identifying what needed to be done to get the best price for our home, helping us find professionals to do the various projects, to bringing in a stager to assure that our home decor would actually show the home at its best. She held open houses, kept us up to date on prospects, walked us carefully through receiving and negotiating an offer. She guided us through the closing of the home we sold. Once we moved from seller to buyer, she once again represented us, helping us identify what would work best for us and then focusing on homes on the market that fit that criteria. She would let us know within hours of new places that fit our criteria going on the market. Once we decided to make an offer, she was by our side all the way, negotiating the purchase and walking us carefully through to the closing. Even after the closing, she continued to check in with us to make sure things were falling in place in the new home. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give Mary Lynn an 11.
