Catelyn was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She took the time to explain every step of the process, and made me feel very comfortable with each step as we neared closing. I really appreciated how Catelyn was always available for phone calls or texts to answer any questions I had along the way. I will highly recommend ReeceNichols and Catelyn to friends and family moving forward!

Catelyn did a great job and always had our back.

Catelyn O'Connor was just awesome! She truly listened and understood what I was looking for and what I needed. Her professionalism, knowledge, intuitiveness and patience helped me find truly "my home"! Thank you for your invaluable guidance, support and friendship throughout this journey!

We have used Catelyn three times now - once to buy our first house, once to sell that to move across the country and once to move back! We love working with her and have recommended her to anyone we talk to. She’s very knowledgeable about the market, listens to and cares about her clients and would never let one of her buyers buy a house she wouldn’t want to sell for them later. When we had to use other realtors out of state, we often found ourselves having the “I wish we were working with Catelyn instead” conversation. And there were times that I still reached out to her for her honest opinion on houses we were looking at. So of course, when we moved back, we called Catelyn. We hope to stay in our new home for a while now but we know when we sell again and buy our next home, she will be our first call!

Catelyn is a true professional and has a strong command of the home buying process. She will help you feel secure and confident in your decisions. Would recommend to my closest friends and family.
