Agent, we have used twice. Very professional and takes personal interest in customers.

Videla keeps her composure under adverse circumstances. Very much appreciated.

Vadela was amazing to work with.

Very attentive and worked around our schedule. Knowledge of area was excellent.

Videla was my realtor when I bought my house 4 years ago, and again just now when selling that same house. When I called 4 years ago to inquire about real estate, she was the only realtor who reached out to me. She is a wonderful person inside and out, and she does a great job representing Reece Nichols. She works diligently to provide the best service for her clients, and I would definitely recommend her.

Videla took time to listen to us and find what we were looking for as we were buying our first STR. Even when we didn’t know exactly what we wanted she was patient and guided us to the right fit without pressure. We built a good relationship and enjoyed working with her! Levi Brifge

Videla Lay is an excellent Real Estate Agent. She was committed to us and informed us about everything that was going on. I cannot say enough about her work ethics. She sold our cabin within a month. Needless to say we were so happy when it sold. Thank you Videla for your hard work and commitment.

Was a great experience working Videla. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She took care of all my issues from inspections to closing very thoroughly. Definitely will recommend and already have.

Videla was a pleasure to work with. Her kindness and knowledge of issues was exceptional. Thank you, Videla!

Have known Videla for years and knew she would do an excellent job.
