We had a nice experience with Kimiko as our realtor for closing on our home purchase. Kimiko gave a lot of her insight throughout the process. Perhaps because our family is not as acquainted with home buying, there were a few times we were unsure of the process, what was recommended, and why, but we knew we were in Kimiko's best interests. The process for viewing and finding homes in our criteria was very helpful, and helped us to find our dream home. The process to view similar homes that sold was also very helpful in seeing if we were making a good bid price. During escrow, there were times things felt a little rushed and sudden-- perhaps due to the escrow team as well. Otherwise, Kimiko was always kind and helped us through the process.
