Outstanding! We have been with Wayne since 1977 (wow) when he sold us our house lot in Kaneohe. When our recent first offer fell through, Wayne called us immediately and because of his numerous contacts in real estate, he was able to secure a second offer in less than a week. Our original closing date of 10/19/25 for the first offer was only delayed to 11/5/25. How about that for service above and beyond the norm? He kept us apprised each step of the way and because there were three owners of this property, needed to coordinate signing schedules among them. His follow-up was excellent every time we had a question, we’d get an answer almost immediately or within the day. You need to clone Wayne or at least have him mentor your younger associates to show them how to provide superb service.
Even after the closing and we had just moved in he came in to help operate shower handle we needed helpwith. It was 7 :30 at night!! He was always available and went beyond his duty to help us. He was very thorough and detail oriented and very professional in handling all the transactions.
We were extremely pleased with Wayne Nishida’s exemplary services. He answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and provided an all around wonderful experience for us.
