Mr. Koyama delivered again, selling my aunt’s second property in less than two months! He oversaw the entire project, from lining up a repair person to correct a few things such as re-caulking around the kitchen counter top to removing an oil spot on a parking space prior to listing the property for sale. All of these would have been my responsibility to do, but as I am on the East Coast, he took care of the entire matter to have the place ready as well as providing daily progress reports to me. All I did was review and sign documents via DocuSign. I couldn’t have worked with a more professional and helpful realtor, especially since I would have had to manage my aunt’s affairs from afar. Due to my aunt’s health, I needed to sell her property on her behalf. As I live in Virginia, I didn’t know any real estate agents in Hawaii.
