Kris Hazard was exceptional in her engagement to represent me in a home sale. I couldn't have asked for a more sincere, ethical, hardworking, creative, and professional experience. She was nothing short of superior. Her HONESTY and ability to communicate with all parties, regardless of agenda, was very comforting and refreshing, especially in an industry that, at times, suffers from a loss of confidence from those engaging their (real estate sales) services. In my lifetime I have bought and sold five homes and Kris was unequivocally the best agent I ever worked with.I would highly recommend Kris to any potential buyer or seller and give her the highest praise in her representation.

I truly enjoyed working with Kris and couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From the beginning she was warm and helpful and a pleasure to work with. She made everything feel easy and handled all the details with professionalism and care. I was especially pleased that my condo sold in a relatively short amount of time. I would recommend Kris to anyone looking to buy or sell on the Big Island. She is knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and genuinely cares about her clients.

Kris is, simply put, an excellent realtor. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone wanting a great realtor. From the moment I met Kris, we have had an excellent working relationship. First, she read me well. I can’t be pushed into a decision. She never made me think that we needed to act in a hurry. There is no pressure from Kris. She really understands her clients. In addition to being a top notch realtor, she is a true asset to Kona. She is very involved in the community and I witnessed her participating with locals of all ages. She is committed to her family, friends and associates in addition to her work. She is fun. I happily recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate in Kona. She worked way beyond my expectations. Most of all, I trust her!

Did some plumbing work that was needed at a property an everything went smoothly

Aloha. My mortgage broker first recommended Kris to me. That was five years ago. Since then I bought a property from her, sold it, bought another, and she just sold that property for me. Each property had it's own escrow issues and Kris easily solved the problems which enabled the properties to successfully close. Some of the issues seemed insurmountable, but with her experience she didn't bat an eye and kept me calm through the process. Thank you, Kris!

The service provided by Kris was beyond expectations!!! She helped guide us through improvements that needed to be done in order to get top dollar for the sale by providing the names of some outstanding contractors. Anytime we had a question, she was there to answer or get the help we needed. The whole process from start to finish was completed in a very timely manner and professionally done. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. PS: Thanks for the donuts on various meetings at the house.

"Working with Kris to find the perfect place for us was an amazing experience. Right from the start, she understood our priorities and helped us find the ideal property. Kris was always patient and prompt in responding to our questions. She exceeded our expectations by showing us multiple properties and even looked at potential properties when we were not there. It took several months for the right place to come on the market. Kris had an automated notification that let us know when anything that fit our criteria became available. That allowed us to act quickly and with Kris' guidance we were able to make a fair offer. The process went relatively smoothly and the few issues that came up were handled by Kris and her team. We are so grateful for Kris' understanding of the market, her experience in dealing with issues, and her patience with us. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Kris was a godsend, that’s how we feel, truly. She was there every step of the way and always had the answers to our questions. She knows everyone, all the right people, that helped the process move quickly and efficiently. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell real estate!
