Lili was fabulous. From agreeing to meet us the day after we called her to tour a property to being beside us for the closing, she was there every step of the way. There was a lot we were unfamiliar with and she guided us through that with precision and excellence. She was wonderful at explaining things and helping us make decisions. She also was knowledgeable and quick to recommend local inspectors, HVAC guys, etc. which made the process speed along. She even scheduled some of those on our behalf. Lili was absolutely fabulous and we would use her in any other real estate dealings we have in a heartbeat. Meybohlm has a treasure and an asset in her!

Lili Youngblood was more than a real estate agent, she listened to all of my concerns, addressed MANY barriers that we faced along the way and negotiated alot to get me the best price. She provided resources for jobs that needed done and recommended great people for yardwork, plumbing, CPA, etc. This was NOT a simple estate to sell but Lili was amazing and made it all happen.
