I want to compliment my agent, Leah Frisosky. I had the privilege of working with her in November. I thought that I wanted to stay on Siesta so she helped me view all that was available at the time. I then changed the plan and decided on Lakewood Ranch. I was in Ohio most of the time and she kept me updated on what was available. I finally settled on Arbor Grande. I finally decided on a house in Arbor Grande which is 2 miles from my family. Leah’s knowledge concerning the purchase price and the closing costs was invaluable to me. She saved me money on the sale price of the house and closing costs.

Jackson, SC and living in Savannah, GA and once we came to this area to visit, Leah escorted us around the Lakewood Ranch area and other listings she had scheduled to include listings we had scheduled.  By promptly returning phone our phone calls and e-mails she made the home buying experience quite simple for Kim and I.  She kept us informed of every step of the way from searching listings to making an offer on our new home.  This has been the best real estate experience Kim and I ever had!!!  Thank you and your company for all the help and especially our thanks to Mrs. Frisosky.
