Courtney was able to negotiate a GREAT deal on this home for me. From the price to ease of the deal to a quick close of escrow, I couldn't be happier. I am using Courtney again to sell one of our homes and I would highly recommend Courtney Greenberg to any of my friends or family that are looking to buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate. She understands thats it's a constantly changing market and adapts with strategies to get the job done for you.

We utilized Courtney's services for finding and purchasing a home. We were particular on what we wanted and in the end we secured a great home. She was so patient and worked hard for us and in a competitive seller's market. We found many houses that we loved and got outbid for them all as we were submitting in a very popular area and price point. Courtney gave us the information we needed to make a financially sound decision and not get in over our heads with bidding wars to which we very likely could have over paid for a house. We loved the truthfulness, honesty and hard work she put in helping us find our wonderful home we now have.

Courtney handled the sale of my home with professionalism and provided excellent advice during the entire transaction. I can recommend Courtney without reservations.

Courtney Greenberg was the best! Her knowledge of my area and the market in general really helped to price the house properly. We Sold very quickly and Courtney was extremely helpful with any and all aspects of the transaction along the way. This was a great experience. This is the second house she has sold for me.

Courtney was wonderful to work with, she is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Worked very hard to get us the best deal on our dream home. I would recommend her to my best friend.

Courtney was very knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to help all the way through the process. She was also very prompt; that may seem like a small thing but when trying to squeeze appointments into my work schedule it made a big difference. Would definitely work with Courtney again!

I was a first time home buyer and Courtney walked me through the process so easily. Her smooth and calm demeanor helped this process be as enjoyable as possible. She was able to explain everything to me so that I understood what was going on. She knew the area that I was interested in and was very accommodating to my needs. I would recommend Courtney to anyone. She was a pleasure to work with and a very honest realtor!
