We had a preliminary conversation with Diane and decided to put the house on the market mid March. With Diane’s help and direction we broke the tasks into manageable components; she connected us with a staging company. With strict adherence to the direction we were ready for photos on May 19th and listed the house on May 29th. By May 31st we had 2 offers and on 6/27 we closed. We’re still in slight shock but we are too busy moving into our transitional accommodation.
