Wayne was a friendly professional who kept us updated every step of the way. Thanks to his expertise, we were even able to close early. To top it all off, Wayne went above and beyond by attending the closing himself, which made the experience even better.

Working with the entire team at Capital City Home Loans was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Wayne and his team's communication was exceptional—always prompt, honest, and reassuring. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and highly recommend Capital City Home Loans.

Wayne and his team were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend!
