I'm very satisfied with all the work Juliette Contreras did. She always had the patience to answer all my questions and go over everything detail by detail. I would definitely recommend her 100% to anyone, especially because she's bilingual, and we can understand her in Spanish.

From day one, Juliette has been professional, informative and very knowledgeable about the product. She makes herself available to answer our questions and she retuns calls promptly. She explains the process through every single step and every document that is required in a timely manner. She made this process very smooth from application to approval, from the purchasing of our home to the closing date and getting our keys. Juliette is a very important asset to your establisment. She is definitely 5 stars!

This is the second closing that my clients chose Capital City Home loans as their lender. Thanks to Juliette Contreras for once again facilitating the process and for treating my clients as she always does, with a lot of professionalism and knowledge.
