Hope Tz Schmalzl was amazing. So professional. Went above and beyond helping us with the selling of our property.

Hope is one of the most responsive, active and effective commercial brokers that I have worked with. She is always helpful. She has brought me great tenants over the years. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Hope Tz provided an outstanding service. Thank you so much.

Hope is a great asset to the company, she is very dedicated to her work. Particularly she did amazing throughout this entire process for this transaction. Personally we have developed a friendship over the past 12 years we have known each other and work after my first commercial purchase office unit were she was the realtor. We went through a lot as well, as we all know real estate has its webbs and ebbs too but we successfully managed it every time and we still do as there is some more business were she helps me when due time comes up. Thank you and looking forward to keep doing business especially in the greenville area which has been dear to me since 1999. Gustavo Sainz
