I referred to it multiple times throughout the buying journey, to make sure I understood terms, as well as to keep on top of things I needed to do along the way. Although, Amy also reminded me of tasks that I needed to complete to prepare for closing and taking ownership. She worked tirelessly for me, and her knowledge of Gower and her "finger on the pulse" with regard to houses coming up for sale were invaluable.
