Jon McDonald is a BEAST in the Real Estate World. HIGHLY recommend him (and his team) if you want to SELL your home. If you do not want to SELL (just "list" and "see what happens")...DON'T get in touch with Jon!!!
Always an easy and frustration free experience working with Jon and the C Dan Joyner team! We have been looking for a house for what feels like an eternity, and Jon was so patient with us, and found us the perfect new home. He's a wealth of knowledge and a trusted advisor during the home-buying process. Highly recommend!
We worked with Jon Macdonald as our realtor, and the entire process couldn't have been smoother. From start to finish, Jon was reliable, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I tend to overthink everything, but Jon always had solid advice and a calm, confident approach that helped ease any worries. I never once doubted his guidance, and it was clear he had our best interests at heart. When inspection time came around, he had the right people lined up, making everything feel seamless. Truly a fantastic experience — highly recommend Jon if you're looking for a trustworthy and experienced realtor
Jon was Great from the beginning to the very end. Great Staging/Pics/advise, all of which helped us move our challenging home.
We would use Jon again if we ever need real estate help in the future.

Jon did a fantastic job! He was a pleasure to work with and we only regret we didn’t go with him earlier! Next time he will be our first choice and we will recommend him to anyone selling a home.
Jon was a rockstar from the first meeting. He showed up ready with data and suggestions ready to know, even while knowing he wasn't guaranteed the job. From there, he earned every bit of his commission, unlike many realtors who aim to push papers around and walk home with a fat check. Jon attended to the details of renovation coordination with the contractor and quality control to make sure the house was ready to sell at the top of the local market. He put out every proverbial "fire" that arose and only required my attention for key decisions. It was as hands-off as a property sale can be, and for that I am very grateful. I live overseas and have a complex schedule, and the peace of mind I had with Jon at the helm was priceless.
