Amy and the Strand Hill team were a joy to work with! As a first time buyer, Amy was so patient with me and answered all my questions. She made the buying process easy and stress-free. I will definitely be using Amy again in the future!

We had a challenging search for our first home here in Manhattan Beach. Much of our process was contingent on the closing sale of an apartment in New York. As we know, the market waits for no-one in this town! Through personal relationships with Selling Agents, and constant communication Amy was able to keep our deal alive and ultimately have a successful close on our dream home. -She was also very patience with us! As new buyers we had an abundance of questions and Amy did a wonderful job educating us through the process. Lastly, Amy is simply a kind, gracious person and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her services!

Brigitte Pratt and Amy Olivares are exceptional real estate agents. First, they are extremely knowledgeable about the market and the nuances of each neighborhood. Second, they always had our best interests in mind, and gave us tremendous advice in assessing properties, making offers, and negotiating. Third, they listened to our selection criteria and continually refined their search to find the properties that best matched it. Fourth, they rose above the call of duty on several occasions, accommodating changes, and helping us with unique requests. Last, they are both consummate professionals, and also really enjoyable to spend time with. We can't recommend them enough!

Amy Olivares is a true professional! My husband and I could not have been happier working with Amy in buying our first home in the South Bay. We are so thankful that our friends recommended her to us. She was extremely knowledgable about the whole process and thought of everything, which was so unbelievably helpful. We now have 'Our Realtor' and a wonderful friend in our lives.

After a futile search for a home over several years, we began working with Amy Olivares - a neighbor and friend who is well respected and connected in the Manhattan Beach community. Amy was quickly able to get a sense of what we were looking for in a home and showed us several great properties until we finally found THE ONE. Amy got the deal done, was there every step of the way, making it an easy and pleasant experience. We are nearing completion of our build and couldn't have done It without her. And she also then helped us sell our current home.

Amy listens, curates and recommends with precision. She is patient (took us over a year to find a place), doesn't exert any pressure, and is objective in her opinions about property. She appreciated that this would be quite possibly the largest asset purchase and loan in our lifetime, and guided us through the daunting process with expertise and empathy. This gave us the confidence we needed to take the leap. She also stuck with us after the sale to ensure we had a soft landing. She is, quite frankly, a lovely and kind person, and she embodies all that is great about our south bay culture. We've since recommended her to two of our friends who have each bought/leased their homes through her.

Amy is fantastic - I can't recommend her highly enough. She's both extremely knowledge and incredibly helpful. As a first time home-buyer, she made the process much less intimidating and was there every step of the way to offer advice and assistance.
