It was an excellent experience as a seller attempting a house as a successor trustee of the house. There were many hurdles that became apparent and it was very nebulous as far as information was available from the mortgage company that had the original lien to the title. Carol was instrumental and navigated each step efficiently and was always prompt in researching and providing responses. Carol was always helpful and kind when I needed answers to the presented documents to be signed. We have purchased properties in Michigan but this was our first purchase in Arizona.
