I am always reminded how GRATEFUL I am for you! You did such a great job for me, were so patient with me. I appreciated it at the time, but I didn't really realize how fortunate I was to have had Anna's recommendation to use you. There is a recent post about how agents have good connections: financing, contractors, etc. to refer and looking back - again so true! I always recommend you to my friends who are thinking of buying or selling.

Carol McCracken gave us impeccable service. She knew that we were new to the Dallas/Ft. worth area and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Although the loan process was difficult, Carol made us true Ebby Halliday believers. She was wonderful!

Carol McCracken made the process of purchasing a house as pain-free as possible. Her market knowledge, professionalism and overall positive demeanor made the prospect of house hunting not as intimidating as I thought or heard it could be.

We are in the process of looking for homes for in-laws and called Carol right away. We would not work with any other!

Carol McCracken was great. She knew the areas well, was patient and fought to get me the best deal. I will definitely use Carol in the future and will recommend her to family, friends and co-workers.

Carol was wonderful to work with. She was spoken highly of by our son. He bought his home through her.

Carol has been wonderful! Best buying experience I have ever had! She will fight for your best interests! Highly recommend her to anyone!

Carol was really great. She listened to what we wanted, reviewed the list of over 200 homes that I had viewed over the last 9 months (with a previous Realtor) then previewed the available houses (something the previous Realtor did not do) then she only called if she had something for us to see. She only showed us 2 or 3 houses, but that was all we needed to see as they all fit our list of wants. Then we simply chose the one we liked best. Thank you, Carol McCracken for helping us have a happy ending to what had been a long and discouraging ordeal!

Carol was just awesome! I will recommend her to everyone interested!

We wish we could have put 10 stars for Carol. She is amazing!!!
