I went through a long search for realtors and back and forth on whether I even wanted to buy a house. But Brian was patient and explained everything I needed to know about buying a house to a first-time home buyer. He also never once pressured me to buy a more expensive or bigger house than I was comfortable with even though the higher the purchase price, the higher his commission would be. This was really appreciated and unique among real estate agents.
